Some Basics:

 

Late Payment Policy:  Fees are due by Nov 30; after that date, a $5 penalty is added which increases to $10 after May 31.  The amount of the penalty increases by $10 in each successive year that an account remains unpaid.  Click here to see the Late Payment Policy.

Letters Patent:  OPOC was incorporated in 1964.  Click here to see the Letters Patent.

Proxies:  It is in the best interest of all members of OPOC to have an active membership that participates in the annual meeting but in the event that a member is unable to attend, a proxy form is available: Click here for the proxy form.  It must be completed and given to the secretary before the meeting starts.  A member may assign their proxy to a family member, Director or any other OPOC member who will attend the meeting.

 

To Designate a Representative:  Sometimes members may be out of the country or otherwise unavailable for OPOC meetings for an extensive period.  If this is your situation and you want to be represented in OPOC meetings, please use this form.
